For those with a Social Flash Media PROFESSIONAL platform subscription, they have access to our SHARE portal which makes subsequent sharing photos from Social Flash MOBILE or the Social Flash BANTAM easy.

For certain venues, they may wish to capture the customer experience and make those photos available afterwards.  A good example might be a cooking class, where part of the experience is the team work and preparation before the pièce de résistance is complete.

Logging on to the web browser-based share portal is easy. The login URL is http://portal.socialflashmedia.com.  Credentials are managed by your local administrator.

Once you have logged in, you can see the most recent photos that have been captured.  Photos are time/date stamped and show the specific device and/or location the photo was taken with, or at.

To select photos that a customer may wish to text or email to themselves, they simply select them by clicking (PC) or touching (tablet).  A green check mark will appear and the SMS and EMAIL options will appear in the lower right.

To ZOOM in on a particular image, selecting or clicking on the ZOOM tool (four arrows pointing outward to the lower-right of each image) enlarges the image.  This will now allow you to pan through the images in a lightbox style, selecting photos to share as you go.

And to send the selected photos, the customer selects either SMS to send directly to smart phones or EMAIL.  They then enter the phone numbers and SEND.

We are seeing increasing use of this powerful SHARE capability in experiential venues such as Paint & Sip studios, Escape Rooms, Cooking Classes, Wine Tasting Classes and a variety of others.  For those with the AWARENESS subscription plan, it would require an upgrade to the PROFESSIONAL capability to access this capability.

One interesting feature is content aggregation.  If, for instance, an owner has 3 or 4 venue locations, all those locations can be available to share in one screen.  They can, of course, filter those down to just the one location if they wish.
