Social Flash Media is an early-stage, rapid-growth technology company focused in the Social Media Marketing space. We sell solutions to help companies turn their customers into product ambassadors. We are looking for real team players that can grow and develop their skills as the firm continues its rapid growth.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 30+ quality calls per day, working with partners, generating market interest, qualifying prospects, discussing technology, and using CRM and other web-based sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads generated from customer trials of our MOBILE product offering
- Sourcing additional leads using advanced lead generation tools and web-based research
- Calling prospective customers to schedule conference calls and Web-Based Conferences
- Methodically tracking all activities within our FreshSales CRM
- Assisting as needed by scheduling follow-up meetings and tracking details of the sales process
- Calling leads and customers to promote special events, trade shows, webinars, etc.
- Assisting our Enterprise Sales Representatives as needed to help win large sales opportunities
Requirements
- A good potential for sales, proven history a plus
- Strong phone presence and capable of making a high volume of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with FreshSales or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Team player
