We are looking for real team players that can grow and develop their skills as the firm continues its rapid growth.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Graphic Designer & Customer Success Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer success process and promotions management.  You must be comfortable; communicating directly with customers, working through customer marketing ideas, generating quality social media strategies and content, customer training, discussing technology, using the full set of apps within the Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of web-based sales / training tools.

Responsibilities

  • Use your exceptional graphic design skills to provide ready-made starting campaigns for new customers that enter trials of our product
  • Maintain an organized library of creative content for social media marketing campaigns by our customers
  • Monitor progress of Trial Subscribers and help assure they are able to succeed at Social Media Marketing using the Social Flash Media Platform and convert to paid customers
  • Act as an in-house expert in the social media space and provide advice on best practices, trends and emerging platforms
  • Assist in increasing the social media presence and brand recognition of Social Flash Media
  • Be very organized and set up daily / weekly tasks and activities you need to accomplish
  • Help create and develop first-class content for various communication channels which support SFM brand building, promotions

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with an emphasis in Photoshop
  • Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & other trending social media platforms
  • Working experience with social media analytics
  • Working experience with, video editing, Dreamweaver and HTML a plus
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work with project timelines
  • Highly organized and dependable; able to multitask, work quickly and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong writing skills
  • Professional work ethic
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative services team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design/communications or 3-5 years’ experience in a related field.
