We are a marketing company with an in-house software development team based in Austin, Texas. Our primary focus to date has been the Social Flash Media influencer marketing platform that enables businesses of any size to increase their social media awareness and brand messaging through the power of peer-to-peer influence.

Our Approach to Influencer Marketing is Centered Around the Value of a Customer Experience.

Our core team is comprised of creative individuals with experiences from several relevant industries.  From years of experience in the photo marketing world, to software development at leading social media content management firms, to development at digital marketing companies.  This vast array of experience and vision has helped to build what is now Social Flash Media… the effective micro-influencer marketing platform!

Derick has been a pioneer and mentor in Photo Booth design, leasing and operations business for ten years, collaborated on prototype event management software, and operated within the on-site event industry for decades. An overall nice guy that anyone would like to know!

Stephen Scherer

Stephen Scherer

Co-Founder & VP Bus Dev

Stephen excels at recruiting top-notch talent, closing contracts and has a background in high-speed analogue computer chip design. Stephen has the ability to build businesses in uncharted territories and also serves as sales director. Be careful, he is a talker, but you will probably enjoy the conversation!

Greg has over 30 years experience in the computer industry, from engineering to education to executive management. Greg’s experience includes positions as VP for a Telecommunications software provider; Director for an enterprise management software division at a Fortune 100 company; Principal, EAI Services for a “Big 5” professional services firm; CTO for a startup developing hardware and software for video encryption. And he likes to “tinker”.

Phillip has over 16 years of software engineering experience focused as an architect and lead developer. He is a true full-stack software master contributing his development skills to successful enterprise class software projects for established companies such as Canon and Dell. His creative vision has helped launch startups such as Spredfast, which lead in the Social CRM space. And ironically, hates to get his photo taken!

Brian Skiba

Chairman & CFO

Brian was formerly the General Manager of SAP products at Snow Software, the co-founder and CEO of Intelligent Licensing Corporation, the President and Chairman of MaxID Corporation, and a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Skiba has helped raise over $5 billion in the capital for public and private software companies and orchestrated more than 40 IPO and secondary capital transactions.

VP of Operations

With more than twenty-five years of customer service and operations experience, Jonathan has taken customer support and operations teams from liabilities to award-winning through leading by example and bringing out the best in his team members. He excels at recruiting and developing teams of people who work to delight our customers. Jonathan is a former United States Marine Corps Captain and decorated Gulf War veteran. Do not bet against him in a pop culture trivia battle, wait instead for a dancing competition of any sort…
